Full Time Associate Attorney

We are a small law firm in Metuchen, NJ looking for a full time associate attorney to join our team. We have litigation cases in both New Jersey and New York.

Your job duties will primarily include handling litigation cases in federal and state courts, including general litigation, commercial litigation, labor law litigation, and divorce litigation.

Qualifications:

1. Admission to New Jersey is required.

2. Admission to New York or federal courts is a plus.

3. At least 1 year of solid litigation experience is required.

4. Experience in divorce litigation is a plus.

5. Good legal research and writing ability.

6. Compensation commensurate with experience, ranging from $65K to $85K/year.
