Food service coordinator for small grocery store with deli counter

Fanwood Larder is hiring! We have a key role to fill and are really hoping to find an area parent who’s looking for part-to-full time work while the kids are in day care or school (or someone else who is available during those hours, or even later). The ideal candidate will either have had light food service experience, or be a home kitchen whiz (there’s no cooking with heat involved, but lots of prep like sauces and condiments, assembling meal kits, making sandwiches, managing coffee service, repacking bulk, primping produce displays and the like). And it’s definitely an opportunity to exercise some culinary creativity and muscle. A valid driver’s license is required, not because driving is a big component of the role, but as a back-up when there are spikes in local pick-ups and deliveries.
