Field Coordinator for Solar Project: Permits, Inspections & Site Visit

We are a solar engineering and construction company based in East Brunswick seeking a full-time . This field-based role focuses primarily on coordinating inspections with townships, communicating with inspectors, and serving as the main link between the construction team and the office. The position also involves visiting job sites to assist with equipment activation and ensuring everything aligns with project timelines. Some basic knowledge of electrical systems and codes is preferred, or at least a strong willingness to learn. Additionally, good driving skills and a good driving record are required, as site visits are essential. Office tasks such as preparing permit applications and submitting forms will also be part of the role, though secondary.

Candidates must be fluent in English, (Spanish or Chinese is a plus.) Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
