Digital Product Owner (Associated Director) Incentive Compensation (IC) works in a worldwide team accountable for the definition, design, evolution, delivery, and ongoing operation of the products and services supporting field colleagues related to commercial and scientific activities. This includes the CRM, Events, Transparency, Profiling, Segmentation, Targeting and Territory Design (PSTT), IC, and other supporting commercial applications as part of the overall technology ecosystem including sales force excellence, customer engagement, R&D, and field medical affairs.
