Individuals in the product lines will work with Senior IT and Business Leaders to identify and prioritize solutions for their product line and supervise the consistent implementation of these solutions across the business. They will exhibit strong influence and passion for driving the organization towards consistent technology solutions aligned to an overall IT strategy. Product Line Leaders will need to continuously improve throughput of the various product line organization and ensure that value is realized by the business through the IT capabilities implemented. Product Line members should have a strong view of external IT capabilities in the market and how they can be applied to drive business value for J&J.We are looking for a Lead to join the Quality, Compliance and Labs Data and Analytics Product line within Supply Chain Technology - Business Technology. This global product line works across all business segments (Pharm, Consumer, MD, CMD) offering the following products:Data Discovery – Governed & cataloged raw and curated data available and coupled with interactive tools and algorithmic capabilities to help analyze, predict, and prescribe.

Certified Analytics Solutions - Reliable and harmonized data provided for displaying critical KPIs, metrics, and information in a digestible and interactive manner (includes data discovery). Shared architecture with opportunity to align to Supply Chain master data and technology agnostic reporting tools.

Data Democratization - A one-stop shop portal for consolidated access to dashboards, visualizations and reporting based on personalized preferences.

Leads are responsible for overseeing the design, prototyping, configuration and specification generation of business systems. This includes business requirements capturing, “to be” process design, user story generation, scope management and issue resolution. Individual will work closely with the business teams, IT teams and other company collaborators to ensure that deployed solutions are efficient, effective and support the business process goals and objectives across the enterprise.In this role, the data & analytics lead will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to craft and implement data flows and data models containing Quality data. Data will flow from Quality source systems into Azure and common models will be crafted to support Quality use cases. The individual will understand the business rules inherent in the data; and the use cases for the crafted data sources.Key Responsibilities: Acts as a liaison between the IT project team and the business community; facilitate team interaction as well as foster IT-business relationships.

Analyze and document the current state business processes to ensure that the project collaborators understand the context and implications of change.

Support / lead design workshops, creation of presentations and business process diagrams to validate business processes and solutions with the end user community.

Provide input to product owner and product line owner on overall product roadmap and strategy.

Works with Product Owners to estimate project costs, timelines, and resources for a project.

Define and regularly monitor product health metrics in partnership with product owner to ensure overall health of product.

Works on cross functional, global teams.

Deal with sophisticated situations through deliberate analysis and planning, confident in independent decision making.

Understand the multiple facets of a project and has the ability to work independently on moderately sophisticated tasks.

Conduct business process analysis, process improvement analysis, requirements capturing, and decomposition of user stories.

Develop functional specifications related business systems development (Wire frames, Prototypes, Forms, Reports, User Interfaces (UI/UX), Conversions and Improvement).

Create detailed business requirements and/or user stories, functional specification and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with the stakeholder, customers, users, and technical resources to ensure that the system design adequately reflects the business requirements and customer needs.

Oversee the configuration of business systems to reflect the business process design.

Assists in the planning and development of system testing procedures.

Develop and support the training team in development of end-user training material.

Provide post go-live support and partner with product owner and JJTS to ensure proper product support model is in place.

QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

A minimum of 5 years of IT experience is required.

Demonstrated ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements and define data and analytics capabilities is required.

Experience working in projects utilizing Agile methodology is required.

Experience with development of user stories is required.

Experience designing data models is required.

Experience with MS Azure and related technologies is preferred.

Experience with SDLC methodology and validation in support of GxP applications is preferred.

Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with both external customers and internal stakeholders.

Track record of driving business value through information technology.

Experience working in a global / multi-location team.
