Systems Administrator - III

Location: Bedminster, NJ Description: Our client is currently seeking a Systems Administrator - III JOB TITLE: Cloud and Telecom Integration Senior Solutions Engineer The consultant will lead the Cloud and Telecom Architecture, Integration, and Performance tuning for a real-time wireless simulator using stands wireless protocol stacks. Responsibilities - Own the architecture, design, deploy and management of Cloud base real-time wireless/telecom simulator - Partner with internal teams and stack providers to help define a flexible transport architecture - Analyze the data flow for the wireless data in the simulator to identify areas to improve the system performance to achieve target KPIs - Lead the design for on-premise Cloud-native solutions - Responsible to ensure Performance service level agreements and Infra Capacity planning needs Required skills and experience - Hands-on experience Architecting, Deploying, and managing on-premise Server farms (HPE Servers preferred) - Enterprise solution architecture, performance analysis, and tuning wireless systems (4G and 5G) using on-premise infrastructure - Excellent Hands-on experience implementation with containers, virtual machines, and orchestration (Kubernetes, RedHat Openshift, Dockers,etc) - Excellent knowledge and ability to use RTOS, DPDK, SRIOV to architect real-time telecom solution - Able to demonstrate expertise in designing state of the art transport network for wireless systems (Cisco Switching/f5 Firewall and Load balancer) - Experience with IP routing protocols, VLANs, switching, and high-speed Ethernet - Proven track record as transport architect of complex systems - Experience in modern software architecture and its implications on transport - Experience in designing systems with up to 100 Gb/s interfaces - Knowledgeable of 3GPP Standards for 4G and 5G - Strong software development in C/C or low-level language - Able to understand complex problems and translating them into an architectural requirement - Excellent communication skills to present ideas and difficult concepts to a wide range of audience - Accountable and self-motivated Additional requirement and experience - Minimum Bachelor?s degree in electrical and computer engineering or equivalent - Minimum 10 years of experience in On-Premise Infra, Transport for Telecom solutions - Minimum 5 years of Telecom Software development - Prefer Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), CCNP Cisco certification, or other relevant certificate is a plus
