Product Manager

Product Manager Description:

• Support the development of strategic frameworks, customer and competitor insights, technology trend assessments, and business cases to ensure the leadership team is engaging in strategic conversations re: the Consumer domain.
• Determine opportunities using a variety of channels including data analytics, competitive research, and design hypotheses.
• Help define the customer support model ( self-care & proactive care) for 5G Home ,identify user needs/use cases, create compelling solutions, define and prioritize requirements on a roadmap Collaborate to define and support the product roadmap and business strategy
• Own and execute product features & services and manage all associated operational activities throughout the product lifecycle in collaboration with other functional groups including UX, Care, diagnostics team, IT and technology.
• Evaluate new technology options & services to drive new business ideas and product strategies.

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
• Six or more years of relevant work experience
• Management / strategy consulting/customer experience
• Competitive insights / market research
• Customer experience focused.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams & end-to-end product launch
• Excellent Executive level power point presentation skills
• Experience in Telecom industry & launching relevant products/apps

• Experience in the telecom and/or consumer sector(s) strongly desirable. Knowledge of technical protocols eg TR-069, OMA, 5G/4G a big plus.
• Prior experience in customer support & self-care strategy
• Excellent academic background. Masters or MBA, desirable.
• High-energy, strategic thinker, with strong quantitative and analytical skills, and critical thinking abilities.
• Great sense of intellectual curiosity about the mobile space and how mobile can impact society.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting executive-level communications in a rapid-paced environment a plus.
• Agility with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Financial modeling experience a plus.
• Experience working in a large, dynamic, complex organization, where developing strong interpersonal relationships and leading through influence are keys to success.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and a changing environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong sense of accountability in delivering rigorous, impactful analysis
