RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client is looking to bring on an experienced Program/Project Manager to join their growing team in Basking Ridge, NJ.
JOB DUTIES: Manage a book of work containing a project inventory for multiple product portfolios Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met Conduct status calls with project teams, ensuring all projects remain on track Create weekly dashboard reports, including numerous charts and graphs Provide program management support for enterprise-wide critical projects Capacity management tracking and reporting Short and Long term benefit tracking for each project to ensure desired outcomes are met Track project progress on an actual vs target basis Receive, log, track, and prioritize multiple new projects each week for the PMO teamREQUIREMENTS: High School diploma/GED required; Degree from accredited college or university preferred Certification in Lean/Six Sigma/Agile or similar project management practice PMP certification Program/Project Management experience managing a portfolio/multiple complex projects simultaneously Lean/Agile/Six Sigma training and/or experience Excellent verbal and written skills Experience in managing a book of work consisting of multiple product portfolios Experience in stakeholder management Experience in tracking and reporting on large, complex projects at the executive level Ability to lead meetings with multiple remote participants from different departments Advanced to Expert knowledge of Google Suite / Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Sheets/Excel and Slides/PPT Ability to work remotely from home office Experience with Confluence/Jira Extensive experience with developing and presenting information for the Executive levelsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
