Join TAL’s Culture and Organisational Development (C&OD) team as an Organisational Development Consultant. From onboarding, individual and team development, leadership development to bespoke needs in response to a changing work environment, you will work closely with the wider TAL business to understand and support the strategic initiatives.This is a permanent role, working flexibly from our Sydney 2000 office.In this role you will: Engage stakeholders and develop project plans for organisational development programs.Support team projects and new initiatives that embed TAL organisational development frameworks to drive business performance and create a positive people experience.Review and make recommendations on the tools, content, and programs we offer to support our leaders and teams work effectively, including working with stakeholders to test and refresh content that is meaningful and optimises team performance.Provide end to end ownership and oversight of all components of the graduate lifecycle.Provide career advice and support to graduate cohorts and manage their engagement in cross TAL initiatives.Manage the graduate learning strategy including rotations and our learning provider to ensure graduates grow and develop in their role.Lead a working group to manage TAL's graduate study tour to Japan including liaising with stakeholders from our parent company in Japan, Dai-ichi Life.Manage the Graduate learning strategy including rotations and our learning provider to ensure graduates grow and develop in their role.Support leaders to proactively respond to employee insights by providing thought leadership advice and developing tools and training materials that enable them to effectively debrief their teams and set and deliver engagement action plans.
