Apex has an opportunity for an Mobile Support Engineer Here are the details: Position: Mobile Support Engineer Location: Remote (EST) Rate: Negotiable based on experience Duration: 6 months Position Description: Our leading US Insurance services client is looking to bring on a Mobile Support Engineer Required Skills:
- 3+ years of applicable experience
- Engineering experience with management and client support of both Apple iOS and Google Android
- Experience supporting and administering Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions. Including solutions like MobileIron, VMWare Airwatch, Microsoft Intune, etc.
- Integration of mobile capabilities (Single sign-on, High Availability, device/app VPN, Content management, and Company container management for BYOD)
- Development of mobile device policies and configurations on various operating systems
- Strong understanding of Mobile client/server relationship
- Strong ActiveSync knowledge for mobility support
- Strong Active Directory and Azure AD knowledge to resolve Mobile or M365 related issues
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office365 Enterprise environment management
- A clear understanding of Certificate Management
- Create documentation of processes and procedures Prior experience with mobile migrations.
