Lead Line & Prep Cook $65k annual salary

Peter Christian's Tavern is LF an experienced Lead Line and Prep Cook. Job highlights:

Schedule is 3on/3off. You work 3 days from 10-close and then have 3 days off on a rotating basis with our Chef. We can't change this schedule, so please only reach out if the schedule works for you. This is also one of the primary benefits of the job, you basically have half the year off (3on and then 3 off)!

The GOAL is to provide three (3) 9-day vacations annually. Please don't expect a vacation in your first few months. There will only be two 9-day vacations in your first year, with a goal for three annually going forward if you stay part of the team.

The salary is $65k annually, bi-weekly. We are looking for an accountable professional who cares about the business.

Must be thoughtful, kind, a good communicator, and calm under pressure.

We are only making final hiring decisions after a two week paid ($30/hr) stage.
