Qualifications:

-1+ years in equivalent management position (lead line cook, etc.)

-Ability to follow our ExecutiveChef’s specifications and guidelines

-Ability to produce quality dishes with accuracy, efficiency, and consistency

-Strong knowledge of seafood & butchery

-Confident in knife skills

-Ordering and invoicing experience

-Positive attitude and professional appearance

-Strong leadership and problem solving capabilities

-Able to manage team: staff training, controlling food & labor costs, etc.

-Experienced in high volume and fast paced environments

-Experience with expediting

-Fosters positive energy and professionalism

-Able to assist in creating seasonal menu items and daily specials

-Comply with and enforce safety and sanitation practices
