Guest Experience Associate (Portsmouth)

Lark hotels is seeking full time Guest Experience Associates for our property, The Hotel Portsmouth and the brother property Ale House. This is also an excellent opportunity to learn about the hospitality business.

When you are at the hotel, you will be the primary representative of our boutique brand. Daily tasks include: guest reservations (phone and online), hospitality and concierge service, checking in/out guests, washing and folding laundry, some breakfast prep and other tasks related to the daily operation of the property. We will of course provide training.

Reliability is an absolute must. The right candidate will be friendly, hard-working, forward-thinking, detail-oriented and trustworthy, open to receiving feedback while working independently and as part of a team, and be able to make thoughtful judgment calls with guest needs and requests. Must be able to lift 35lbs. Familiarity with Portsmouth, its culture, events and geography is a bonus.

Schedule: To be determined but will include evening and some weekend hours. Hours will vary depending on occupancy and season.

Onsite parking available.

Start Date: Immediately for training.
