Assistant Project Manager/Estimator

Job Description:

CCI Building Restoration & Waterproofing is seeking an assistant project manager/estimator for the upcoming construction season.

CCI is located in North Hampton, NH. However most of our projects are mostly in the Boston and surrounding areas and must have a drivers license.

Duties to Include:

Quantity takeoffs from blue prints and field observations

Estimating materials needed for quantity takeoffs and getting prices for materials

Procurement of long lead items

Permit application for construction purposes

Manage smaller projects

Assist with scheduling

Salary to commensurate with experience

Medical, dental and 401K plan offered

3-5 years experience in the masonry restoration/waterproofing field required
