Key Responsibilities:

-Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and advisors, ensuring satisfaction and providing valuable insights.

-Plan Documents: Review and interpret plan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with client needs and regulatory standards.

-Plan Design Analysis: Evaluate and tailor plan designs to meet client goals.

-Retirement Plan Compliance Testing: Conduct compliance testing to ensure retirement plans adhere to regulatory requirements.

-New Comparability Calculations: Perform specialized calculations to maximize plan benefits.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the retirement plan industry.

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in retirement plan consulting.

- Experience with ASC software is a plus.
