Job Description

This role will partner with our external vendor Alight and assist on managing the Service Center that currently supports MS Benefits, Payroll and HR policies. The Service Center is extremely busy and receives over 700 calls a day from MS employees, both active and termed. This individual will work with the offshore teams and advise on enhancements to existing processes such as employment verification, unemployment and service awards.

Responding to escalations / inquiries and delivering high quality support to teams across HREnsuring that service delivery standards are consistently met or exceeded by the offshore teamWork with the global service award program and liaise with the external vendorConfirm baby spoon name process monthlyCoordinate unemployment processes and focus on any issues - move MS onto CasebuilderAssist the Employment Verification Team with current and termed employees with the offshore team and external vendorEducate HR on process, systems functionality and data entryReinforcing the HR Operating model transformation through day to day interactions with our HR Business PartnersIdentification of process issues: Ability to identify process issues through day to day transactional work and/or audits and engage appropriate stakeholders to determine resolutionAssisting with the successful transition of processes and process ownership to the offshore teamEnsuring that best-practice processes are proactively designed, implemented and documented through job aids and training for Alight and offshorePartner, as needed, with other areas of HR - payroll, exec comp, talent, diversity, recruiting, onboarding, etc.Evaluate how information is communicated and devise ways to optimize our approachDraft and edit communications, ensuring that complex information is presented in a clear, compelling wayOversee Death Benefit Process from start to completionParticipate in HR Services Call Listenings and Brainstorming sessionsRespond to HR Services escalationsMaintain the HR Services Communication CalendarCoordinate HR Pro training, a communication tool shared between Brokerage and Alight

Qualifications

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail, perseverance, customer-first attitude and flexibility a mustAbility to build trusting relationships and interact/negotiateThe ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.Must be a team player who enjoys high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment.Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.Strong Microsoft Office in Excel, Access, Power Point, Project, etc.Strong analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills a mustGood understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, HR Reporting and data analysis a plus
