Job Description

We are currently looking for a friendly and dynamic Customer Service Associate that will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with our end customers

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs
  • Provide accurate answersand solutions to customer problems
  • Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed
  • Help the sales team generate quality leads.
  • Identify potential leads and forward to sales reps
  • Develop professional relationships with new and ongoing customers
  • Follow-up with customers oncomplaint and/or question resolution status
  • Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines

    Qualifications

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • BA is preferred
    • Customer service, retail and/or hospitality experience is a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills,
    • Ability to communicate and interact with all kinds of people
