Job Description

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an entry level Associate for Operations team within our Managed Services division located in Newark, NJ. In this position you will have the opportunity to be part of a growing North American back office team, and to learn brokerage applications across multiple Broadridge Brokerage platforms and two different markets and clients (US and CA). You will gain exposure to various adjacent areas within Broadridge such as conversions, product management, and professional services.

You will be responsible for gaining knowledge of the of the daily processes required to support your assigned clients. You will be expected to participate in small projects and encourage to develop a deeper understanding of general industry knowledge.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate with 0-3 years of professional or Internship experience
  • Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues
  • Forward-thinking self starter looking to work in a fast paced and risk-oriented environment
  • Ability to provide support in the daily execution of key tasks when needed
  • Customer service competency required, with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick-learner that can adapt to a growing business
  • Ability to maintain a positive relationships with clients and internal associates alike
  • Series 99, or ability to take and pass the exam within the first 6 months in the role
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word
