Electronic Field Service Technician

Job Description

Responsible for providing troubleshooting and repair services of mainly electronic equipment and some mechanical, following established processes and procedures, accurately collecting and entering testing data and assisting with developing new solutions to customer problems.

This position is based in our client’s laboratory, near Hudson, NH. Travel is mostly local within the New England area, with a possibility of one overnight stay per month.

Qualifications

Must have solid technical, communication, customer service, organizational, multi-tasking, time management and MS Office skills. Knowledge of ISO 9000 and 17025 standards is a strong plus. Experience in quality assurance, aerospace, biomedical or advanced manufacturing. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license is required.

Military experience, technical high school graduate, vocational degree or Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering. Additional training and/or certifications in precision measurement equipment, calibration and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment is a strong plus.
