Field Service Technician

Job Description

Responsible for providing troubleshooting and repair services of mechanical and electronic equipment, following established processes and procedures, accurately collecting and entering testing data and assisting with developing new solutions to customer problems.

Travel is mostly local with a few overnights a month and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

Must have solid technical, communication, customer service, organizational, multi-tasking, time management and MS Office skills. Knowledge of ISO 9000 and 17025 standards is a strong plus. Experience in industrial repair, machinery, HVAC, automotive, manufacturing, aerospace or biomedical is a plus. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license is required.

Military experience, technical high school graduate, vocational degree or Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering. Additional training and/or certifications in precision measurement equipment, calibration and repair of electronic and mechanical equipment is a strong plus.

Highly competitive hourly rate, commensurate with education and level of experience, and benefits package including relocation assistance from within the Continental United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
