Under the direction of the RN Nursing Supervisor, Unit Manager, ADON or ADON Unit, or DON, the International Registered Nurse RN will participate in a structured orientation and training program with no direct patient care until all licensing requirements are met. During the orientation period, the International RN will participate in job shadowing, along with the completion of any online training and compliance modules as required.
