Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Flatbed Driver to handle local pickups and deliveries. This position offers daily home time, steady freight, and competitive pay. The shift will run Monday through Friday with some weekend work required. This position is a combination of flatbed pickup and deliveries and 53’ van pickup and deliveries (dependent on customer needs). The position will have occasional hill hops to the northern California area, ( Sacramento, Stockton, Bay area).

Responsibilities:

Operate a combination vehicle safely and efficiently

Secure and tarp loads properly to ensure safe transport

Deliver goods to customers within the local/regional area

Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL

Flatbed experience

Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience

Ability to lift, tarp, and secure loads as needed

Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years

Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance
