Customer Service Professional

Are you looking for a meaningful career in a local business? Our busy insurance office is looking for candidates in the Fernley & Sparks area who are ready to build strong relationships within the community and help those community members protect their incomes, cars, toys, and homes.

Job Responsibilities of a Customer Service Professional

-Help protect customers by offering products that will meet their needs

-Assist the sales team with asking for leads and processing paperwork

-Answer heavy inbound phone volume and do outbound calling

-File claims and follow up

-Various responsibilities of daily job

Job Requirements of a Customer Service Professional

-proficient with phones

-outlook email

-typing

-computer proficiency

-Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses, already possessing a license is a plus (90 days to obtain)

-Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up

-Have excellent verbal & written communication skills

-Confident, self-starter who works well independently

-Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude

-Sales experience is a plus

-Bilingual candidates welcome
