Property Manager in Beautiful Bishop, CA

We are looking for a qualified Property Manager in Downtown Bishop, CA.

This is a part time position, that could include housing on site. This job requires someone with a flexible schedule.

We are looking for someone who can meet the following needs:

-Strong Communication Skills

-Personable

-Honest, Hardworking

-Excellent Time Management Skills

-Previous Property Management Experience is preferred.

-Being Familiar with Computers and IPads are a plus. Ideally, can work with Excel and Microsoft Word.

-Skills with Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring are also a plus, but not necessary.

This job entails around 2 hours a day of work, sometimes more depending on projects & needs on the property.

Some tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Working with a on site maintenance manager when needed.

-Keeping inventory of tenants, and tracking rents, as well as making sure Rules & Regulations are in effect.

-Being available to answer calls from residents, as well as interest from new tenants.

-The manager will need to be available to the owners if need to follow up on a task or answer any questions.

Housing can be included as well as a stipend. This job has ability to grow in pay and responsibilities within a years time.
