Required areas of knowledge:

A/C units

Heating units

Washers/dryers

Dishwashers

Plumbing

Water heaters

Carpet

Painting

Caulking

Electrical

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance experience

Attention to detail

Customer-service oriented

Bilingual – English/Spanish

Can work independently to complete projects

Self-motivated

Communication skills – can explain maintenance work to tenants and answer their questions

Positive attitude

Ability to be on call
