Lead Line Cook

We are looking for a well experienced lead cook. Mature and seasoned preferred. Our candidate can work solo during off times and give direction to support staff during peak/closing times.

A good comprehension of the industry and the willingness to assume responsibility for the overall operation of the kitchen, from open to close.

5 days a week, approximately 50 hours per week.
