Junior Account Representative

Job Description

We are seeking an organized, outgoing, Junior Account Rep who has a mentality when it comes to campaign execution. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for the right person to gain experience in marketing, public relations, sales, and assisting in the growth of a business. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to get their hands dirty, learn all facets of a growing firm, and have the unlimited growth potential that only a startup can offer.

Salary range: $43000 - $53000 per year.

• Analyzing and extracting findings from consumer, brand, and market research to support the preparation of brand communication strategies and creative briefs.

• Working with clients to fully understand their business objectives, target markets communications strategy.

• Work collaboratively on cross-functional tasks across all operations, merchandising, and production departments to ensure accurate and successful events.

• Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary.

• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.

• Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive.

• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.

• Possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

• Understanding of sales performance metrics.

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.

• Business oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
