Job Description
The brand promoter who is enthusiastic. He or she endorses the brand being represented, is responsible for managing work across all channels - sales, communications, advertising, planning, and analysis from a project management perspective, as well as deliver required projects for our internal customers and manage the work through the sales team, a key aspect of the role is to maintain brand consistency across all projects and help to build understanding through the business of why this important.
We are currently evolving the sales and brand guidelines, and this is a great time to get involved in shaping how we use the brand moving forward.
Salary range: $45000 - $55000 per year.
Job DescriptionDemonstrating and providing information on promoted products/services.
Be positive, charismatic, motivating, and engaging.
Participate in several marketing communications and promotional programs and activities.
Distributing product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities.
Work well with a team and comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with new people in person and digitally.
Act with integrity, trust, and respect for our employees, peers, and customers per our Mission, Declaration, and Statement of Purpose.
Setting up and maintaining a demonstration area, such as a table, stand, or booth at various events.
Demonstrating the features of a product or service to potential customers.
Answering any questions potential customers might have about a product or service.
Staying up to date with product or service features.
Generating reports that outline customers’ interest levels, questions asked, number of products/samples/literature sold and/or distributed at various events.
Educate others about our brand; positively promote the brand at all times.
Qualifications
- College degree in marketing, economics or business preferred.
- Concentration in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Understanding of basic advertising concepts and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Assertive communication.
- High level of organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working within deadlines.
- Hard working, punctual, team player.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
