Responsible for executing the day-to-day IVR configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise contact center. Ideally suited for a highly disciplined self-starter with solid collaboration & communication skills with deep knowledge of cloud based contact center solutions and Salesforce administration.Essential Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:Strong Contact Center and Salesforce Admin experience with demonstrated experience in: End user support and training , Set up and management of IVR campaigns, Management of user skills for skill-based routing, Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
Assist with the full development lifecycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate & communicate effectively with internal product team, business sponsor, executives, vendors, and stakeholders
Assist with administration of our integrated Call Center IVR and Salesforce CRM
Produce technical documentation as required Provide end user support to the Salesforce & Contact Center environment
Individual must be a confident team player who is able to collaborate well with others
Ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing priorities
Education / Certification / Special Skills: Experience with Five9 or RingCentral
BS in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
Minimum 1 year total professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator working with Sales/Service Cloud Lighting
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
Experience with JIRA highly desired
Proficient in MS Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio
