INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR FIELD TECH – RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT

We are a local restaurant equipment repair company seeking experienced independent mobile technicians to support ongoing service work throughout Las Vegas and surrounding areas. This is 1099 subcontractor work for qualified technicians who own their truck, tools, and diagnostic equipment.

POSITION SUMMARY

Technicians will perform on-site service for:

- Commercial refrigeration units

- Ice machines (Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman, etc.)

- Hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, steamers)

- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting

- Equipment installations (if qualified)

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have reliable service vehicle and full tool set

- Proven experience in restaurant equipment repair

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Professional communication and reliability

- Ability to provide digital job notes, photos, and documentation

- EPA Certification preferred (for refrigeration work)

COMPENSATION

1099 per job / hourly structure depending on task

Weekly payouts

Steady volume available for dependable technicians
