Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: NYS NYC inside New York New York Hotel and Casino

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, personable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our sunglasses and hat kiosk inside the Excalibur Casino. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about fashion accessories, enjoys engaging with a diverse range of customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Greet and engage customers in a friendly, approachable manner.

-Assist shoppers in selecting items that match their style, needs, and preferences.

-Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence.

-Handle sales transactions accurately using POS system (cash, credit, and digital payments).

-Maintain kiosk appearance by restocking, organizing displays, and keeping the area clean.

-Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals.

-Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.

-Assist with inventory management, including receiving and tagging merchandise.

Qualifications:

-Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Outgoing personality with the ability to confidently approach and engage customers.

-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

-Basic math and cash-handling skills.

-Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-energy environment.

-Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
