Job Responsibilities:

Managing store employees daily operations, including but not limited to report, schedules, inventory management, etc.

Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs.

Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and clean.

Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product details.

Offer excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.

Assist in opening and closing duties, including inventory management and merchandising.

Qualifications:

Previous retail/ Sales experience management is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
