Receptionist/Clerk
Nevada, Las vegas, 89101 Las vegas USALandbank Realty & Property Management is seeking a highly organized, professional, and friendly Receptionist / Office Clerk to be the first point of contact for our busy Real Estate and Property Management office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses exceptional communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting a team of agents and property managers.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Relations:
Greet and welcome clients, tenants, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages.
Provide essential information to clients regarding property listings, maintenance requests, and general office procedures.
Assisting in Property Management:
Serve as the initial contact for tenant maintenance requests, accurately documenting issues and coordinating follow-up with Property Managers and approved vendors.
Prepare and track essential property management documents, including lease agreements, tenant welcome packets, and move-in/move-out checklists.
Maintain organized records of all vendor contracts, insurance documentation, and property keys.
Assist with processing property-related invoices and ensuring timely distribution to the accounting department.
Administrative & Office Support:
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes; coordinate office supply orders.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Broker, agents, and property management team.
Compose, type, and proofread routine correspondence, reports, and other materials.
Manage and maintain filing systems, records, and databases (digital and physical), ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with real estate regulations.
Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating internal meetings, and managing conference room bookings.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or office clerk role is highly preferred. Experience in a real estate, property management, or legal office is a significant advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proficiency in operating standard office equipment (printers, scanners, multi-line phone systems).
Core Competencies:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage time effectively under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
