Hiring Office Professionals to work full time in accounts receivable and answering high volume calls on a multi-line phone system.

Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with multi-tasking.

Position Summary:

(FULL-TIME) Days, Nights and Weekends (Must be flexible)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule customers for repair service; possess good phone sales skills

Ability to work business hours of operation, including Saturday

Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Accounts receivable experience a must

Customer service experience a must

Answer multi-line phone system

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (not required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)

Ability to work in a high-energy team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
