File Clerk Wanted

Our Personal Injury Law Firm (Plaintiff) is looking for a Spanish speaking File Clerk.

File Clerk duties will include, but is not limited to:

-Opening/Closing Files

-Opening Claims with Insurance

-Physical Filing

-Second on Phones

-Assist with other Miscellaneous tasks

This position is full time, Monday through Friday 8:30am, to 5:00pm. Our office provides health insurance and a Simple IRA plan with employer matching; probation periods apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have experience organizing paperwork

Must speak Spanish

Must be comfortable making calls and scheduling

Must be comfortable with the above listed tasks
