UX/CX Project Manager

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas, NV based staffing and IT consulting firm, is seeking a UX/CX Project Manager for a 12 month contract with a well-established client in Las Vegas, Nevada .

• Understanding of pricing list, promotions, discounts and new selling models.
• Solution driven professional with an understanding of different custom domain's and how they connect with other interdependent applications.
• CRM and/or Salesforce implementation experiences.

• 5-8 years of experience in project management within the industry of technology, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
• Strong presentation skills with a comfort level presenting results to various internal stakeholders

• Contribute to the CX Solutions marketing strategy focusing on the divisional transformation
• Activate and drive execution of CX Solutions initiatives
• Working with client’s strategic alignment across the divisions and brand integrity across CX Solutions marketing activities
• Optimize the process to deliver strategic integrated marketing plans

• Experience in the Gaming Industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to delegate effectively
• Time management skills.

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certificate, or similar accreditations preferred

• Remote until a return to worksite -COVID -19
