Convention Services is responsible for the overall logistics of groups at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. This specialized team works closely with our clients and the entire Resort team from the planning stage to execution relating to our group events. Our Conference Services Managers specialize in our small groups events and board meetings.Job Responsibilities:Handle all group details relating to the Group Resume and Meeting Event Orders.Ensure contract specifications are met prior to the event as well as on-site.Conduct Pre Convention MeetingsOrganize the Reservation ProcessInsure that payment guidelines are adhered toSupervise the duties of the Convention Services Coordinator
