Our Company has one exciting mission: To Entertain The Human Race.PRIMARY PURPOSE:As an A/V Technician, you will be responsible for setup and operation of audio equipment. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Set and strike audio, video, lighting and internet equipment for clients

Assist clients in usage of A/V equipment

Operate A/V equipment for client meetings and events

Excellent customer service, determining customer needs and offering solutions

Maintain rental equipment, ensure care is taken during transportation, handling, and storage of heavy equipment and tools

Operate scissor lift to transport and setup/strike equipment

Calculate electrical draw for A/V equipment

Work with high amperage/voltage electricity

Perform other job-related duties as requested

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Ability to adhere to and promote all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations as they pertain to the safe operation of all elements related to the show; participate in all required health and safety classes and emergency rescue procedure training

Able to work well in fast-paced situations, under deadlines

High attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts

Effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or equivalent

Two (2) year’s of experience in A/V, production, theatrical, or related fields

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

PREFERRED:Three (3) year’s of experience in A/V, production, theatrical, or related fields

Experience working in a similar resort setting
