What will you do? Provides administrative support to the ServiceNow user base·Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments·Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation·Manages support for incidents·Leads upgrade planning and execution·Manages instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists, catalogs, portals, etc.·Provides configuration assistance to developersWhat are we looking for?2+ years of direct administration experience with ServiceNow·2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Release, Knowledge, Performance Analytics etc.·Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow's Customer Service Management suite.·Working knowledge of the IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite of capabilities, to include MID deployment, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Event Management, Operations Intelligence, Service Mapping, etc.·Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features·Experience with creating and managing ServiceNow reporting featuresNot Required, but Preferred:·Experience supporting Customer Service Management in a large enterprise environment·ServiceNow Certified System Administrator·Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise applications·Excellent interpersonal skills across multiple levels of an organization·Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation·Strong analytical capabilities coupled with business acumen needed to proactively solve problems facing the organization
