Description:-Provide exceptional service to our customers through email and live channel supportNavigate multiple technology systems to research and problem-solve in order to resolve

various customer inquiriesAddress claims escalations and other complex support issues with both internal teams

and external partnersMust Have Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree (any field)1 + year min of customer service role - calls, chat/email, office experience highly preferred

must have experience using G-Suite, and multiple programs at once

must have experience working with on a Mac computer/Mac products
