Fully Remote. Pay to $150K DOE.

Seeking an experienced Director of Digital Marketing for the remote position. Fast growing busy medical company.

Job Duties Include:

  • Responsible for achieving top-line marketing/bottom-line targets, site pricing, promotions, costs, and penetration/expansion for new sites.
  • Drive website architecture to optimize for lead capture and reflecting our brand vision
  • Responsible for marketing coordination with onboarding and activating nurses
  • Capture daily site analytics, overseeing key performance indicators (e.g., traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, LTV, etc.), interpreting data into trends and strategy, and optimizing budgets; monitor and provide tracking/reports regularly.
  • Manage the user experience of the website, including site navigation, site refreshes and development, optimizations, content development, and the checkout funnel
  • Hire and lead a team of marketers that are able create content, positioning and campaigns that drive brand growth

Leads Performance Marketing (paid search and social) and Digital Advertising

  • Drive all digital advertising and top-funnel online initiatives, including search, SEO efforts, paid social, and digital advertising
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies that deliver the right product to the right customer at the right time
  • Own the email calendar, attaching actions, goals, and KPIs to all emails. Measure results and propose optimizations. Communicate the email calendar through the organization to gain alignment.
  • Manage customer acquisition & retention: analyze email performance and utilize list segmentation, personalization, and content optimization to gain new customers and retain current ones. Grow and Manage Customer Database/CRM

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in digital marketing and leadership roles.
  • Experience building a marketing Org from the ground up
  • B2B2C Experience (big plus)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords.
  • Experience with Business intelligence platform such as tableau.
  • Experience with marketing automation and attribution.
  • Experience with mobile-first eCommerce website.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject
