Link Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Architect (Software), specializing in MS Dynamics. This is for a direct hire opportunity with a Las Vegas-based client.
Responsibilities- Assists the functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering and provides design guidance for mid to large sized Enterprise projects.
- Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs.
- Provides leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.
- Maintains knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare and contrast solutions.
- Provides current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
- Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.
- Follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (CRM) products and processes along with other MS Dynamics modules
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with .NET/C#/React/Angular
- Five (5) years of experience with MS SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of ETL (SSIS, Scribe, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft MVC stack (ASP.NET MVC / Entity Framework).
- Deep knowledge of the Dynamics CRM, Customer Engagement, USD, Interactive Service Hub, Field Service and Portals.
- Strong understanding of when to use of native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development.
- Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox for administration of CRM system
- Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and managing deliverables.
