Night Shift Supervisor- Gemba Boise

The Gemba Program of Northwest College Support is searching for an individual to assist in mentoring and supervising our students on the night shift. Our program supports college-age students and individuals who are developing skills needed to live healthy, independent lives. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking for experience in the field of human services or for energetic individuals looking to contribute to a growing, interactive team. Tasks of a Night Staff may include:

Motivating young adults to create positive change in their life

Supervising the Gemba house

Enforcing the house agreements

Doing rounds at our other housing locations

Attending Northwest College Support staff meetings and communicating with other team members

Cleaning the Gemba house

Transporting students

Requirements:

A desire to help people, compassion, empathy

Applicant must have a valid driver's license and good driving record (vehicle is provided for driving clients)

The ability to be trusted with confidential information

Energy and a positive attitude

High level of responsibility, professionalism, and organization

The ability to work as part of a collaborative team

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

$17 - 19 per hour, DOE. Full-time with benefits, this is a three 12 hour shift per week position
