Watch us here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVCTZI50DI) .What will you doThe Program Manager, NA Commercial Programs will lead large, complex, strategic programs across the Kenvue North America Enterprise in close partnership with North America senior leadership and the Program Director, NA Commercial ProgramsKey Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level programs on time, within budget, and with high quality

Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines that support business objectives

Develop program plans and schedules, track progress, and identify risks and issues

Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization

Conduct regular program reviews and report status to North America leadership

Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and tools

Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards

Manage program budgets and resource allocation

QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred

8 years of experience in program or project management, including leading complex programs with multiple workstreams

Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools

Proven track record of successfully delivering programs on time, within budget, and with high quality

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA,is a plus
