• Minimum 3 years providing analyst and/or PM support providing requirements, design, use case support implementing a COTS based solution
• Minimum 3 years experience working with a state level organization to implement a COTS product using an Agile/SCRUM deployment model
• Working with project team and business/product owners through sprinting and deployments of a COTS product
• Experience using JIRA to capture, update and test use cases and leveraging this COTS tool to provide requirements traceability
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience utilizing testing tools and methodologies
• Experience developing and implementing test plans
• PMP and CSM - desirable
