HVAC Service Technicians

Our HVAC Technicians possess a combination of strong Customer Service First mindset, along with Advanced HVAC skills. You must possess advanced HVAC technical experience or knowledge which includes the following:

Entering a customer’s home to troubleshoot and repair their HVAC systems in a timely, safe and professional manner

Discuss different options and price points with the customer so the they can make an informed decision

Complete an invoice for the customer

Communicate professionally and effectively with Dispatch, Management and Customer’s

Drive a company vehicle safely and responsible

Possess an EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification, NATE certifications are preferred but not required

Our salary range is $70,000 to 110,000 per year with our top HVAC Technicians earning well over $100,000.00+ per year! We also offer health care for you and your family, dental and vision insurance, Retirement plan.

Primary Job Requirements:

Proven field service experience.

Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical HVAC equipment.

Ability to work flexible hours and to adapt to changing work schedules.

Familiarity with mobile tools and applications. (Ipad)

2+ years HVAC service technician experience preferred

Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus

NATE certification a plus

Sales experience a plus

HVAC system design experience a plus

Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic repair & replacement skills for residential equipment

Stable employment history a plus

Clean and professional appearance

Excellent communication skills

Valid Drivers License and clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check
