Billing Supervisor

Our Denver based home care agency is currently seeking a full-time Billing Supervisor. The ideal candidate has at least one year of Medicaid billing experience, excellent computer skills, including EVV / scheduling systems, and is highly detail oriented. We are seeking to fill this position immediately. Starting rate is $18-19/hour, plus paid time office, health insurance option and other benefits.

The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for:

Medicaid billing, as well as voucher, private pay, insurance and other payment source billing,

Billing prep, including "scrubbing" of EVV data / time sheets,

Tracking of outstanding billing receivables

Tracking of PAR / billing authorization and communications with SEP case managers & Alpine supervisors regarding PAR changes/errors

Reconciling discrepancies between EVV and paper records

Maintaining PCP/Client, EVV and timesheet databases,

Training and supervising personnel to assist in this work
