Line Cooks and Dishwashers Needed

Renegado is a high volume restaurant serving delicious tacos and margaritas. It is located on Tower Blvd near the Denver International airport and thus attracts many travelers as well as the locals.

Renegado is hiring Line and Prep Cooks.

Pay depends on experience: $18-20/hr

We are looking for candidates with strong prep and line experience, and prefer a minimum of 1 year in a high-volume kitchen.

Must be 18+

Weekend availability is required.

DUTIES:

Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner.

Perform station functions on flattop, grill and pantry.

Maintain station and kitchen cleanliness through shift.

Identify and Communicate potential issues with all co-workers: management, back of house and front of house.

Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.

Complete required training.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Verbal Communication, Dependable, Productive, Customer Service Oriented, Self-Motivated, Team Player, Able to Take Direction, Multi-Tasker, Flexible with Schedules, Basic Knife-Handling Skills, High Volume Capabilities, Understanding of Product Placement, Able to Work in a Standing Position for Long Periods of Time.
