Field Service Technicians/Engineers

Come work in the Craft Beer and Beverage Industry. Since 1992 Codi Manufacturing has been providing custom conveying solutions to the beverage/beer, food, household products industries. Our Craft Canning System is experiencing rapid growth and we need Field Service Technicians/Engineers to install and commission equipment around the USA and world with the Craft Breweries, Cideries, Coffee, Wineries, and other Craft Beverages.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is a creative thinker with a strong work ethic to help our business expand to meet customer demands. Being a team player who is detail oriented with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills is essential. Become part of a team where you count not just another number.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Perform installation and commissioning of Codi products at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications

Driving Company and Rental service vehicle to customer locations.

Performing site assessments or surveys and associated procedures.

Manage customer interactions in a confident and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide on-site technical service to troubleshoot and repair Codi products

Develop and conduct training on the Codi products

Communicate effectively with customers, fellow team members, and supervisors.

Can learn technical skills and become versed in equipment Installation and Start-Up

Work well independently, with little day-to-day supervision.

Have some experience working with their hands and small tools, such as in construction or other industry.

Have an aptitude and/or experience working with computers

Are physically able to kneel, bend and stoop and can lift up to 60 pounds.

Appreciate the importance of safety and following strict safety and technical protocols.

Have a high personal commitment to delivering quality services to our customers, consistent with our industry-leading quality program.

Have a good driving record.

Can comfortably travel in a multi-state area, in some cases being away from home multiple nights/weeks in a row.

Have a strong character and work ethic they want to work hard as part of a team doing important work.

Job Qualifications - Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical or electronics field or combination of education and experience (Not Required but preferred)

Experience in a professional field service role

Tools for Installation of Equipment

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude

Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of the team

Strong communication skills with technical competence

Current U.S. Passport and ability to travel internationally

Requires a considerable amount of physical labor and work in a variety of extreme outdoor
