A TEKsystems' client is seeking Software Developers to create innovative and engaging software that is used by a diverse set of customers, both internal and external. The software they create is a vital component of a company that is changing the landscape in the travel nursing industry. With the recent acquisition of a competitor, our client is growing faster than ever and need help to support their HR and Financial systems.Their HR team is currently looking for multiple senior -level software developers to join their team. They want their developers to be passionate about creating awesome experiences for their customers and teammates. They need their developers to be flexible, proactive, and solution focused. They value open and honest communication and strive to create a positive and fun team based environment. Looking for teammates that challenge themselves, as well as those around them to create high quality products and services.Their Software Developers are responsible for designing, coding, and unit testing mission critical products and services that are used by thousands of end users. They create and support a variety of products, from our Dynamics-based CRM to custom web portals and mobile apps used by all of their consultants under their umbrella of businesses. Their applications are built using the Microsoft .NET (C#) stack, leveraging Azure microservices for cloud services.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

o Need to be a strong and well versed back-end developer (SQL dev experience)o Open for a mid- senior developers who have hands-on Azure experienceo Need to be able to build out some back-end services and integration points. o Need to update their SSIS packageso They use Azure Service fabric, so need to be able to understand how to create a microservice on top of thiso Their approach is to integrate directly with systems using ETL & be more service-oriented based approacho They will be building out services to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365-for Finance & HR Operations (invoices, timecards, payroll, internal sales support, etc.)o Need to replace EFI, which is the way they exchange data with all of their different facilities. Using a third-party product, but thinking about building this and maintaining it on their own moving forwardo Must have strong SQL skills (SSIS & SSRS) o Nice to have previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics o Previous experience performing data integration and movement from a homegrown system into a CRM system-they're use Dynamics 365.
